Thank you for your interest in registering for the 2023 College and University Hazardous Materials Management Conference taking place August 6 to 11, 2023 at Oregon State University.
Registration Includes:
- Welcome Reception on Sunday, August 6
- Conference Banquet on Monday, August 7 at a local winery (transportation included)
- Breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Lunch on Monday and Tuesday
- Optional pre-conference activities
- Optional post-conference professional development courses
Registration Fee Schedule:
- Standard registration fee: $575
- Early bird registration discount of $100 until April 14 ($475)
- Late registration fee of $100 beginning on July 5 ($675)
- Additional guest reception ticket: $30
- Additional guest banquet ticket: $75

The Knights Baseball Game
The Knights are a collegiate summer baseball team. They play in the West Coast League, where college players and prospects prepare for the pros.
Cost: $14.00 for reserved seating
Time: The game starts Aug. 6 at 1:05 pm
Note: Registration for this activity closes at midnight on 8/4 and is limited to 25 attendees.
OSU Campus Walking Tour
Wear comfortable shoes and see the beautiful OSU campus. The walk is several miles on a flat surface.
Cost: Free, but preregistration required
Time: Aug. 6 at 1:00 pm
OSU Hazardous Waste Facility Tour
Come and tour the OSU hazardous waste facility, and wear comfortable shoes. The walk is about 1.25 miles in total. If you need other accommodations please reach out the [email protected].
